RE: CLOSING HOURS (6PM)

Hello Kiddos families,

I'm writing to remind everyone about our closing hours at The Kiddos Palace. Our facility closes promptly at 6:00 PM.

If you anticipate a late pickup, it is essential that you communicate this information with me in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise, and pre-arranged late pickups are acceptable.

However, please be aware that uncommunicated late pickups are not permitted. If you are unable to pick up your child by 6:00 PM, and you have someone on your authorized contact list who can collect them, please arrange for them to do so. We also ask that you proceed directly to pick up your children without making any stops along the way to ensure they are picked up on time.

Please do not assume that we are open late every day you might work late. Consistent adherence to our closing time is crucial for our operations and staff.
